Monthly Subscriptions: Please get in touch with us if you’re not happy with our service at any point during your first month of use. We’ll try our best to resolve your problem, offer a workaround, or provide you a timeframe for a solution that satisfies your requirements. In the event that you’re not happy, we’ll be happy to refund your purchase and drop your account to the service’s free plan.

Annual Subscriptions: Using QB Tax Advisor’s services is not contingent upon signing up for an annual membership. We would rather offer you the freedom to select. We provide you with a substantial reduction above the already affordable monthly subscription fee if you commit to an annual up-front commitment. Please get in touch with us if you’re not happy with our service at any point throughout the first 45 days that you use it. We’ll try our best to resolve your problem, offer a workaround, or provide you a timeframe for a solution that satisfies your requirements. In the event that you’re not happy, we’ll be happy to refund your purchase and drop your account to the free plan.

Not just the first 30 days (if you have a monthly subscription) or the first 45 days (if you have an annual subscription), but for the duration of your contract, we want you to be satisfied with our service. We therefore surpass that. We ask that you contact us right away if we ever remove, break, or stop providing functionality that was present when you signed up for your contract. We’ll give you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the contract reminder if we don’t take care of it promptly and to your complete satisfaction.

The automatic renewal. Your yearly and monthly subscriptions will automatically renew until you cancel the service for your convenience. We will email you each time before your subscription automatically renews, with the exact amount that will be deducted from your credit card. In a similar vein, following each renewal, we will email you a receipt outlining the amount deducted as well as the date and amount of the subsequent renewal.

We are aware that occasionally consumers neglect to close an account they no longer desire until after a charge has been made. Because of this, you can cancel your monthly or yearly membership any time up to five business days after the date of renewal, and we’ll still handle it and issue a refund.

Exception to our Refund Policy
Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund (FULL or PRO-RATED) when we have suspended or terminated your access to QB Tax Advisor Services due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
